2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our offerings, you agree to these terms.

3. Services

We offer personalized cooking workshops, one-on-one meal planning sessions, and group coaching.

3.1 Scheduling and Cancellation

You may cancel or reschedule a service up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund or transfer to another date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before or after the service begins are not eligible for a refund but may be transferred subject to availability.

4. Digital Products

Our digital products include meal plan bundles, recipe ebooks, and online tutorials delivered electronically.

4.1 Usage and Cancellation

Requests for refunds on digital products must be made within 14 days of purchase and before any download or access. Once access is granted, digital products are final sale.

5. Physical Goods

We provide kitchen tools and merchandise tailored to healthy cooking.

5.1 Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item is defective or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.

5.2 Change of Mind

You may send items back within 30 days of delivery. A handling fee of 10% applies. Shipping costs for sending items back are your responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Refund Policy

Service Refunds: To request a refund or transfer, complete the form at contact form. Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method within 10 business days.

Digital Product Refunds: Submit a request via contact form within 14 days. Approved requests are processed within 7 business days.

Goods Refunds: For defective or incorrect items, after we confirm eligibility, we ship a replacement or issue a refund. For change-of-mind refunds, complete the contact form to receive instructions. Refunds for goods are issued within 14 business days of receipt of the item sent back.
